Latest, crashes randomly, not at a specific event.

Looks like you are using plenty of plugins. Can you downgrade to v2.8.2 and see if it is still happening? Also, if you are using the chunk-streamer try disabling it.

If you are using the latest Streamer Plugin and didn't enable it, then it is already disabled so it's not needed to do anything related to it.

I actually expected that. That plugin is probably using memory hacking and it may be created for an older version of SA-MP, so that's why it crashes the server randomly and with weird backtrace. Also, stop using such a plugin, that's not "legal", you are creating a bad reputation for your server.
