Suggestion: Toggle Z checks for item #291

So, as it said in the title, the plugin has many functions to toggle almost everything that can be imagened, but I think toggling Z checks may be useful. At least for me) The idea came to me when I saw Streamer_GetDistanceToItem function that allows to get it using only 2 dimensions. So why not to let ignore Z in streamer checks?

I don't think he understands what ColAndreas is for or the feature your suggesting.

I can definitely see this being a useful function.
