Inconsistent capitalization of EndPoint / Endpoint #121

Just a minor nitpick but I thought I'd report it in case you want to fix it.

Throughout the library classes, methods and samples, the code uses Endpoint and 
EndPoint interchangeably. For instance "class IPEndPoint" but 
"Netbuffer.ReadIPEndpoint".
