Ability to add user options in the poll response. #64

it would be a useful enhancement to allow the users to add extra options in the poll response. So, that if user has something else to add to the poll options he/she can add their own. Also, I think documentation was too limited, I too faced problem in starting the app. So I updated it, its easier to get started with it now.
