I'd forgotten, we need to add Michael Shirts as a co-author on this (after Chiu, before Gilson) because Gilson and I had promised he'd get credit for his file format conversion work (which didn't end up being used by that many people I don't think) in this way. We should get this for the revisions.

Once it's in, remind me and I'll send everyone the updated authors list so they can update their citations.

Michael R. Shirts, Colorado. I think it's UC Boulder or something like that but you'll have to look it up, as I haven't written it since he moved.
