Minor changes #19

I focused first on making changes to figures and data so now there are a ton of new/changed files. Also I have since change my .vimrc to remove whitespace at the end so there is a bunch of changes in any python code I opened for removed white space.

@davidlmobley nothing major here, but I thought you might want it merges so when I start making changes to the actual tex files there's less changes to search through. Otherwise new changes will just keep getting logged here.

OK, I'll just go ahead and merge this without looking through in detail to get things cleaned out. So no significant changes to paper content yet?

Not yet, I updated the table for the null data and changed one sentence there, but It's going to be improved further. I have quite a bit in my notebook and my head that won't take long to add in. I'm likely going to work on it one paper in my free time this weekend and then add it in one Monday.
