Correct CB8 buffer concentration per Isaacs #2

Lyle Isaacs just informed us that the phosphate buffer concentration for CB8 was 25 mM, not 20 mM as he'd originally reported, so this corrects the concentration in the provided document.

This PR also resolves a minor issue ( #1 ) in documentation describing the directory structure.
