Evaluations of logP predictions

This PR adds the overall analysis of the performance comparison of methods that participated in the SAMPL6 logP challenge.

I am working on the README files of analysis/ directory.

I have completed my analysis and documentation for evaluation of submissions.

Some comments as I browse:

• README.md for logP component says experimental data will be made available after the challenge deadline; probably want to update to indicate it IS available
• The README.md for analysis refers to a statistics_table.pdf file but its name seems to be statistics.pdf.
• Main README.md needs updating to indicate addition of this data in the "Changes not yet in a release" section (presumably you'll do a release once merged...?) and a pointer to where this data is.
• Main README.md "What's here" section probably needs updating to indicate that the RESULTS of these challenges are also available in the repo.
• Main README.md can have the "As of August 24, all of the..." details removed.
• Main README.md should be updated to indicate that SAMPL6 is now complete.
• Main README.md date says "May 16, 2018"; probably my mistake, should be May 16, 2019.

I don't see anything else; I haven't checked everything, but I agree with you we should get this up today. Once the results are out I should also get out an e-mail collecting info on who wants to present at/be in on the virtual workshop and polling about scheduling so we can go ahead with that. So ping me when you've merged, @MehtapIsik .
