Set link to Validation in "how to join"-docu #102

On page https://samply.github.io/bbmri-fhir-ig/howtoJoin.html#fhir-profiles-and-etl in section "4.3.1 FHIR® profiles and ETL" a link to the validation process on page https://samply.github.io/bbmri-fhir-ig/support.html is needed,

It should replace the linkt to the official HL7 FHIR-validator (JAR). BTW: The header ##Validation should be fixed to ## Validation
