Fix/issue 78 #110

Fixes #78 and introduces FSH Support.

Interesting. The Travis build succeeds, but my local build fails when the IG Publisher tries to load the IPS package... Travis seemingly doesn't even try to load this package. Is there any way to download the build artefact in order to inspect it?
