Do we really must have the research contact? Wouldn't it be better to just flag it as Must Support?

Accordig to the BBMRI-ERIC data model, a biobank needs to have a contact, and a contact needs to have at least email address and country code. The missing must support flag is definitly an oversight. We could however define a new "base" biobank profile which only requires the information needed by the sample locator and an additional "directory-compliant" profile for biobanks that are also in the BBMRI Directory.
