wrong numbering on Pages howtoJoin.html and etlTalent.html #87

The numbering on the pages howtoJoin.html and etlTalent.html went wrong because of wrong md-headers.

Changing the md-Header from '##' to '###' and from '###' to '####' should fix this issue.
