targetCollection in the Query object is a misnomer. #31

targetCollection -> targetResource

I just took a look at the places this issue appears and I think updated jsdoc took care of some of this confusion. Also, this isn't 100% great but, looking at the other open bugs, I am not sure it is our priority right now.
