How to keep Live Stream retrying Re-connection after given amount of seconds/mins. after stream failure, until success.

Expected behaviour

Try to Keep Reconnecting to the live stream feed, when is still not active or when was active and suddenly gone,. By waiting a given amount of time (seconds or mins) between tries.

Actual behaviour

The Control bar, keeps whirling, but nothing else happens but just whirl of the bar at control. It doesnt change the status, even when later starting the live encoder/live stream channel in using wowza latest version. Also happends when there is no live feed at the channel or channel, encoder, etc. hast started yet, and the users hits play to wait for when the stream becomes available, have the player start receiving the broadcast as soon it meets that.

Steps to reproduce

Start the player at an non ready live stream. and hit play or have it in autoplay. Stop the actual going live stream at the far end (encoder, or drop the wifi or lan connection to your pc/desktop etc, where you are conducting the test) and try to re-start the encoder or network connection.
