4 years ago It's possible but not currently implemented. You'd likely be breaching the YouTube ToS and run into issues as some have recently with other aspects of the player.

Is it possible to configure the control somehow to play audio from youtube (as an audio player, not a video player)?
our audio file is quite large (about 100mb) so we can get improve performance hosting on Youtube as opposed to serving a flat-file. But we'd prefer the audio interface.
Is something like that possible?
