[Feature request] Vertical volume bar #1958

Hi, I'm using Plyr JS with my project. Plyr is a good video player for me but when using small phone, there is a problem with me. The volume bar eats up a lot of space, so the mobile user can't use progress bar easy, right? I hope you can update vertical volume bar for Plyr. Thank you so much.

This would be an awesome feature for vertical videos. Related to #1544 and #1836.
