Media starts to play while moving/click seek bar in paused state #2342

Expected behaviour

Media paused on new selected spot

Actual behaviour

Media starts playing

Steps to reproduce

Start live hls video
Wait at least 30 seconds - While media is playing (so we have enough media)
Click on Pause button->Media is stopped
Move seek bar back/forward /click on new spot

Environment

Browser: Chrome
Version: 93.0.4577.82 (Official Build) (64-bit)
Operating System: Windows
Version: 10

No errors
