quality setting in controls

is there a way to add the quality button to controls ? so I don't need to click on settings then quality, I want to click directly on the quality button. this will enhance user experience especially if you don't want to add other settings, you only care about quality, so it make sense to put it outside of settings

Not currently but it's a good idea. The whole UI generation and customisation needs a revamp.
