Move test tool parser into vader #6

Replace parser.lua. Clean up classes.lua. Attach to main.lua & process.lua

Last step of milestone.

Done placing in the library and tying to parser.lua in a local branch.

Lots of loose ends to tie up to mechanics to make it actually work. No processing yet. Parsing is working reasonably well sans solvables.
