zef_import_segmentation: added sensor tag label import support

By adding the option 'sensor_taglist_filename' to the sensor line in a segmentation import script, one can set the filename from which Zeffiro will read the textual labels of the sensors.

Remove an extra quotation mark

This worked on Shannon, at least.
