SoC - born for this does not work for Evade tokens

Example: Kickback (republic, torrent) takes an evade action. Oddball blanks out.

Kickback is range 0-2 of Oddball. The option to use Kickbacks evade is presented, however when I chose to use it, the evade isn't shared.
