how to append namespace prefix to attribute?

What steps will reproduce the problem?

What is the expected output?
soap header request should be like:
<soap:Header>
<common:canonicalHeader common:version="1.1">

while it generates ...

What do you see instead?
<common:canonicalHeader version="1.1">

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
