Once we have a web frontend (#1), it would be nice to provide an "add repository" button that would automatically:

Add the web hook using the URL through which the user is accessing the page.
Set the secret for the web hook, if configured.
Install the server's SSH key, if configured, as a deploy key for the repo.
Trigger an initial build.
