Explain running via launchctl on OSX #8

It was trickier than I expected getting hooknook to run on OSX because of python3/click needing locale to be set correctly. So I’ve written up some notes and an example plist.

If this documentation would be better somewhere other than the main README, just let me know and I can put it there instead.

thanks. unrelated: what's the deal with the :fish: emoji? I've seen it used for pull requests before but I don't get the reference.

I just use it because it looks nice!!!!!!!!

(Really, if it means something, I had no idea.)

haha, okay. the only connection I could think of was "fishy" but it wasn't being used that way.
