Update dependencies #29

@samscott89 while I understand bumping actix to version 2 implies a lot more things, having a new point release with the other dependencies updated would be really appreciated to avoid havind duplicate dependencies in projets using serde_qs

I think these ones are trivial, and having a new release with this, only actix will be left to update with probably a bigger version number jump

Hey @Keruspe , thanks for doing this! I'll merge this in actix2 support and publish a new version.
