Air touch5 support #13

Added full airtouch5 support, needs testing for backwards compatibility to AT4. Demo file will run a pretty decent test.

There have been a lot of changes in a lot of places, and I can't test AT4 easily, so it's entirely possible it breaks. As much as possible, I've tried to split code to make it easier.

OK; I think I've fixed all errors - let's see if it still works - AT5 appears to still work... :) @LonePurpleWolf

hey just to confirm. does it work with airtouch 5 maybe someone need to update the manual
