Could you provide the script of processing Hwang et al.’s benchmark dataset of docked protein structures? #32

It is difficult for me to use the docked protein structure. So, could you share your pre-process code for this dataset with me? Thank you

Hi Paive,

This script has not been created with public release in mind, and we don't intend on providing continuing support -- however, I've attached one of the scripts we used for processing in the hopes that it can be useful to you in processing your data.
