add screen-sharing to recorded file #248

at the moment you only got:
- a/v (+events)
- whiteboard (completed)
- chat

but if somebody shares the screen it will not be shown in the recorded file.

i see the stream recorded in demo site. They play well but are mute, is it 
normal?

the stream should be adde if => the user has been successfully chosen the right
cam-device and says something.. otherwise you will not hear anything ... so it 
should
work... anyway this is not hte right Issue to discuss that ... open a new one or
first assign to the mailing-list to discuss:

May I ask you a question?
The record part of openmeetings is a/v (+events) defaulted, How could I add
whiteboard and chat parts to recording ? Should I modified some code of 
openmeetings?
