use videoconference with firefox #267

If the view of the flash videoconference is over a page browser and I
enable the textfind of firefox, it don't redimension the window:

- enter in editolanguages
- set to 100 rows
- go to next record
- scrool all down to view the record 100
- go to another tab of firefox (ctrl-t)
- enable find (ctrl-f)
- come to openmeetings
- is not possible to view the record 100 

is a problem if the user don't know that is sufficent to close the find tab

Doesn't seem to happen in latest firefox and svn of openmeetings. Most likely a 
Firefox bug or user using the 
SWF version directly (not using index.jsp)
