navigate in the records #268

steps:

- enter in languages editor (you view 0-50 records)
- set to view 100 records
- go to next records
- now you view from 101 to 200, not from 51 to 150

(in the label is write "100 - 200 of 417" the right is "101 - 200 of 417")
