enter FileName before recording and save file if moderator leaves isntead of deleteing #276

*Last thing: why you insert the name of record at the end? If for some
reason the server/line/client goes down, the record is lost. Is not
better insert the name of file in the start of recording and save the
elements?*
hmm but normally i *cancel* all recordings if a user leaves/closes the
browser. Then the recording is lost .. i thought that way would be good.
But you are right other way round would be better.

Yes but if the videoconference is an important thing of a businness and I need 
record
it and if for some reason there was problem in the videoconference I think is 
better
not lost all the conference
