Kick user from room

It would be really good to kick user from room by moderators. Sometimes we
need it.

Yes, in a "right click" menu, when you right click user in the list. Also 
kick+ban
would be good, ban for 1 hour or day?

that would be another issue.
Kick somebody would be done inside a room.
To Bann somebody would be done in the Administration panel.

Another reason for kick user is:
Since we havent got a scheduling mechanism yet, we couldn't know who is the 
first one
to come inside of the room. 
There is another traffic arises to ask everyone to apply for moderation.
And we need to kindly take out all participants when meeting is over to stop 
eating
bandwidth. Timing is the main factor on this...
