rename webapp from xmlcrm to openmeetings #311

the name xmlcrm could be confusing for people, it should be "openmeetings"

fixed in r902

the jars are also renamed to:
openmeetings.jar
and
openmeetings-templates.jar

in the config.xml there is now a config - param *webAppRootKey*
all references are now taking this config-value from the xml-file.

now i've got an older revision which has not been renamed, could i just rename
'xmlcrm' to 'openmeetings' and rename the jar files to openmeetings.jar and
openmeetings-templates.jar?
