Incorporate DEFLATE compression #30

The default compression settings in rasterio can be sub-optimal. It looks like the compression settings will be copied from the parent orthoimage, which could be fine, depending on what Drone Deploy gives you.

If each tile ends up being more than a few megs, you might consider upping the compression magnitude.
