Produce different summaries

Dean requested monthly summaries, and I'm guessing that others may request other summaries. There are numerous options for doing this:

• Create and plot summaries in parallel to what's already there
• Don't change the UI but add buttons for different summaries
• Produce different summaries in the table only

What summaries might people want?

• Monthly normals
• Bioclim variables
• Drought indexes or lagged, model-based climate data

The radio/toggle could just swap BigQuery views as data source. This would save calculating the summaries in the app.
