Any chance of a version bump / release with the latest changes? #107

I see the telemetry package has been updated by a PR as needed to use with more recent versions of phoenix in (merged late 2021). Any chance of a release to hex.pm?

@samsondav Can you give met he ability to push releases to hex? We haven't had a new package up there since 2020.
