I have seen several instances of the inverter complaining of overcurrent shortly after connecting the battery.
Can we hold the contactors in 'precharge' until the MeasuredBatteryVoltage reported by the Inverter is equal to (or within 10%) of the Leaf's reported battery voltage? This means that the precharge resistor will limit the inrush current. It should also protect the contactors in case of precharge fail because the voltages will never equalise.
