Is there a way that I can turn OFF the hacks via WinSCP? #320

I went to "/cgi-bin/status" and enabled the hacks. Now I can't get to that page to disable them.

So I can access the camera via WinSCP and RTSP (because the hacks appear to be working)

but the camera is in a place I cannot reach it to mess with the SD card (without a tall ladder which I haven't had for months)

So is there a way that I can TURN OFF the hacks via WinSCP?

Once I turn ON the hack by going to the website "http://IP address/cgi-bin/status" the hack is turned ON correctly and I can RTSP fine but I can no longer go to the website "http://IP address/cgi-bin/status" to turn the hack OFF. Is there another way without physically having the camera because it is installed too high to reach without a latter?

I have tried cycling power with NO luck
