Continuously still image jpgs via http #350

Would it be possible to add support for still image jpgs provided via http?

That would be really handy for using the ip cam with Homebridge with requires both a still image source via http and an rtsp server.

dont' work: ./mjpeg.sh: line 25: syntax error: unexpected "done" (expecting "do")

@cablesky what the file looks like exactly? double check the source. replace "..." with your values.
