Getting things right after brick #432

Hi Everyone, let me tell you a brick story. I have no idea how and why but i managed to brick my xiaofang. It was some time ago already and i tossed it into a drawer for a year or so. The hack was applied already so not sure what i did but i ended with a permanent orange light and no wifi. Recently i opened it and sodlered the wires so i could connect via serial which i did. Managed to log in and delete rcS , rcS~ and rc.local from /etc/init.d/ . Cool, cam started again but it's somehow different now. First of all i had to bust down the speaker or something as it doesn't speak to me anymore instead it silently purrs like a cat whenever the lady would say "trying to connect, trying to cennct". That's ok , i managed to connect to home wifi via Mi Home, next i grabbed 4gb sd card and using win32 imager i've put V0.2.0 image to it. So the blue light is never solid it always flashes. Camera is connected to wifi , i can go to dashboard but only when i turn the camera on first and put in the sd card 15 seconds after boot. Sometimes after a reboot i get 404 when trying to access cgi-bin/status and sometimes it doesn't connect to wifi and blue light is flashing together with orange light other times only orange light is flashing. I tried to apply the hack again but i bricked it again (i got some errors about sd card i think and message that hack was not appied. After reboot i had to connect to serial again. Thank god i left the jumper cables the first time and just made an opening in the plastic so i can access serial any time. I can't change the network to Wireless Client as i have apply button grayed out. I'm afraid again to apply the hack again and brick it again :):) ... can you please point me to the right direction? how to end up in a state with properly applied hacks,, no cloud and to be able to reboot without messing around with taking off and putting in a sd card? Anyone can tell me why when trying to apply hack again (doesn't matter which sd card i use) i get error related to mounting and after reboot there is brick agian and orange light constant on?

just to let everyone know I managed to resolve the issue ... fift sd card and 10 times flashing the sd card with V0.2.0. I was able to apply hack and this sorted everything. Please close this issue.
