Hello , I have one query to ask like have two question who is having yes no option but the bot is getting confused and it's giving wrong response ,how can i overcome these situation

Can you share a screenshot? context? Yes or no works fine in our agents and doesn't get confused, but I don't know what the difference is between our agents and yours.

Are you using modifiers for yes/no? What is it getting confused with?
