define the best way to define ci from ni/di when di=0 #14

currently managed as: when we have ni, we can compute ci based on ci = ni / di if di=0, then we can define anything for ni we first compute the mean of the ratio ci/ni, then we reuse the same to extrapolate ni from fi.
