Feature Request: re-upload and replace existing images from within gallery #360

As a designer I am constantly tweaking and fine-tuning my art to make it as 
perfect as possible. As such I need to be able to replace the current images 
with new ones and also update the thumbnails. All other data usually remains 
the same.

The only way I can currently do this is by;
1. connecting via ftp
2. overwriting the image(s)
3. redoing all the thumbnails

As you can see I am jumping all over the place. It would be great if I could 
just go inside the gallery and select the image to update and re-upload the 
image from there. Nextgen-gallary would then replace the current file and 
create a new thumbnail.
