Option to have individual galleries' thumbs link to URL rather than globally #372

Realize that this reproduces functionality within the normal editor.  Users can 
easily create a set of linked thumbnails.  Except...

...when where the gallery is hardcoded into a page and non-'lite users want to 
remove the gallery effect and link directly instead.

This really should be an enhancement rather than "defect" but the option to 
select issue type was not apparent.  Sorry!
