Support for qtranslate #376

Hi

Please update some of your code to support qtranslate a little more.
It's just 1 (one) minute work to change it and would spare us a lot of work 
with each update.

Here are the lines to change:

Instead of adding support for qtranslate in this way, it's better to prepare 
some filter, so qtranslate can be added just in the case it's activated. I will 
look into this...

Then please summarize all needed changes into one patch file against trunk, 
there are mixed changes as far as I can see... so I'm not sure what changes are 
really needed
