change gallery columns to shortcode and more options to tinyMCE button

i propose that the number of columns be set in the shortcode versus in the 
custom fields.  shortcode parameters are more "visible", and you could 
conceivably have multiple galleries w/ different layouts on the same page.  it 
would also integrate w/ the tinyMCE button better, b/c I think that button 
could be expanded such that the pop-up form has a drop down for the number of 
columns AND the display template.

i've started hacking away at this and the shortcode part isn't too hard.  still 
need to sort out the styling...

I am exactly looking for this.
If i unerstand everything well, all the galleries have the same style defined 
in the options tabs.
So we can't have a gallery with 3 columns and another one with 5 columns?
I would definitely need and appreciate this ;0)
