Feature Request: Enable Alt & Title Text Field to able to link to/accomodate affiliate advertiser html code

I'd like to use the JJ NextGen JQuery Carousel's shortcode feature to insert a 
scrollable gallery of products offered by my affiliate/partner merchants on my 
post pages. The problem is, most of the affiliate code contains more than just 
the actual link, there is also a tracking image that must be present in order 
to convert the click. 

For example:

Is it possible to alter the Alt & Title Text Field so that upon clicking all of 
this html registers?
