Failing nextgen gallery 1.8.3. #404

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. After updating my wordpress to wordpress 3.2.1. and updating my NextGen 
Gallery to Version 1.8.3. my photo's are below each other and my Lightbox 
didn't work anymore in Internet Explorer.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
1.My photo's must be next to each other and they are below each other.(in all 
browsers)
2.My lightbox didn't show up, the photo opens in a new window.
(Only in Internet Explorer)

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
wordpress 3.2.1.
NextGen Gallery 1.8.3.
Windows 7.

Please provide any additional information below.

From that what I can see the nggallery.css is not loaded, check your settings
