Permalink - Page Navigation does not work #407

I have installed nextgen gallery on 
http://www.crossfitpulse.com/index.php/what-is-crossfit/photo-gallery/april-2011
-photos/ and the page navigation will not go to page 2 or any other page.  When 
you click on next it refreshes the page.

What do I need to do to fix this?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Using WP 3.2.1 and Nextgen 1.8.3
