I can't avoid that someone type a shortcode inside it's post, so I can't avoid
that author A added a gallery of author B

Hi Alex
Thanks for responding to my post. What can be done is this, an option to
restrict posts to their own authors and of course the Administrator.
Basically every gallery, album or picture has an Author owner. When I call that
gallery or album in the drop down list, it checks to see if I'm the author and
if so shows it, or on the page it checks to see if the author who made the
gallery or album is the author that is trying to show it on their post, if so
then it renders the album, if not creates some text stating, please confirm
gallery ownership or just a blank space.
This can be a option that you can turn off or on. I'm requesting this as I run
a multi-Author blog and I don't want authors using other authors gallery's,
albums or pics. For example if I set manage other gallery's to Admin, I as an
author can not access other gallery's, i can see it but not click it, but if I
add a Gallery to my page, can see other gallery's that dont belong to me to
click it and insert it using the TinyMCE button. Idealy I would like not to see
other authors gallery's, albums and pictures, etc.
I came across a plugin i thought might solve this.
http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/user-access-manager-nextgen-gallery-extensio
n/
But it does not work on the latest current version.
As you can see there is a need for this.
